Building surveys are usually tailored to your needs. The report that includes detailed technical information on materials and construction of the building, and also includes a selection of photos showing specific defects.

The report does not include a market valuation or a building insurance figure, however, these can be provided at an extra cost to be agreed at the time of instruction.
