Convert Surveyors are accredited through the country’s leading NHER, Quidos and Elmhurst Accreditation Schemes using sophisticated rdSAP and iSBEM software.
Our service has expanded throughout Devon and Cornwall. Data we collect from each assessment is held in digital form for ease of access to our clients and for audit purposes. We under-go continuous and rigorous training and development in a fast moving industry thus assuring all client reports and recommendations are within the high expectations demanded of the industry.

2010 Convert EPC Assessors joined up with Devon Trading Standards, and now are listed on the ‘Buy With Confidence’ scheme which shows our dedication of providing a top quality professional service.
2012 has seen the introduction of 3D floorplans which shows your property in a new dimension. giving you the ultimate advantage over competition and one step ahead in selling your home.

2015 will see the introduction to thermal imagining to help clients understand and reduce their consumption of fossil fuels and leaky buildings that we have in the UK. Also we have kept it local by introducing recognised companies by coving all types of building surveys.
2015 has also seen the successful introduction of aerial surveys and photography. We have become CAA Approved Pilots to carry out this new type of appeal to clients.

2018 with the introduction of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) we have introduced Deemed Scoring and Heat Loss Calculation.
2020 With regulations getting ever more tighter and confusing, we have introduced a home or business based consultancy so we will be able to assist you in making the right decision to improve the efficiency of the building.
2021 has seen the insulation of buildings demand increase to meet Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards especially within the rental sector. Convert Surveyors are now Trustmark Accredited Retrofit Assessors meeting this growing demand within the property industry.
